Nidhi Digital Space is a performance marketing agency registered in Himachal Pradesh, India. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
- Technical information. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard server log data including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Client campaign data. When we run advertising campaigns, we handle aggregated performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversion counts. Where a campaign involves lead generation, personal information submitted by consumers is collected on behalf of, and passed to, the client or network that owns that campaign.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To plan, run, measure and optimise advertising campaigns for our clients.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To protect this website and our accounts from misuse.
Advertising and measurement
We run campaigns on third-party advertising platforms, including Meta, Google and native advertising networks. Those platforms operate their own tracking technologies and are independently responsible for the data they collect under their own privacy policies. Where we place measurement tags or forward conversion events on a client's behalf, we do so within the terms of the relevant platform and at the client's instruction.
Where we handle personal information for the purpose of conversion measurement, it is hashed before transmission where the receiving platform requires it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than measuring the campaign it relates to.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Landing pages we operate for specific campaigns may use cookies or similar technologies for attribution, and where that is the case it is disclosed on the page in question.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: our clients and the advertising networks whose campaigns we run, in line with the arrangement covering that campaign; service providers who host our website and tools; and authorities where we are required by law to do so.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence and campaign records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and afterwards only for as long as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication on the platforms we operate, and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the information we hold.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If your information was submitted through a lead generation campaign, the client or network that owns the campaign is the controller of that data, and we will pass your request to them and tell you who they are.
Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
